We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Customised or personalised products
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Instructions
A return information slip containing the return address and return procedure will be included with each order. Please follow the instructions provided and include your order number when sending back any returns.
If you did not receive a return slip, please contact us and we will provide the return details.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
